The Challenge-Led Applied Systems Programme (CLASP) offers funding to support the application and commercialisation of STFC research to global challenge areas. In 2022, the challenge areas will be Environment and Energy.
We held a short information session for SAQN members to find out more about CLASP, which included guidance from STFC on what can be funded and what makes a good application. Presentation slides from a successful CLASP project and from STFC staff are available to download (slides from the STFC CLASP programme manager to be added when available).
We are keen to support our community to develop high quality bids for this programme, and we encourage anyone considering applying to CLASP to contact us. We can offer help to develop new collaborations with STFC researchers, academics and industry partners, as well as offer advice and assistance in gathering letters of support.
